Sayre Lower School

This new construction of a two-story 37,580 square foot building “New Lower School” located on the existing campus of Sayre School in Lexington, KY. The project consists of demolition of two buildings, Sitework, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Roofing, Exterior Metal Stud Framing, Metal Panels, Drywall, Flooring, Finishes, Accessories, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems and Fire Protection.
