Lexington, KY- Governor Steve Beshear recently appointed Lexington business owner, David Dean, to the Kentucky Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction. Dean, of Winchester, is president and general contractor at Dean Builds. He represents the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky. His term expires July 31, 2017.
Dean said, “I am honored to be appointed by Gov. Beshear, and look forward to collaborating with other representatives on the board.”
Dean Builds, Inc., founded in 2002, is a commercial and industrial construction company that works as construction manager, general contractor and/or design builder.
David Dean, President, is a 1995 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where he received a degree in Construction Management. He resides in Winchester, Kentucky.
